Účelom call centra, je zabezpečiť v maximálnej možnej miere informovanosť občanov k téme energopomoci, ktorí sa budú môcť naňho obrátiť ako na jednu z foriem pripravovanej podpory. Očakávame totiž, že telefonickú formu, ako jednu zo základných foriem informovanosti využije veľký počet občanov. Predpokladáme, že pôjde najmä o starších ľudí, ľudí zo sociálne slabších skupín, a pod. Činnosť call centra bude spočívať najmä v poskytovaní základných/ všeobecných informácií o energopomoci, a to telefonicky a e-mailom, v preverovaní či občan má, alebo nemá nárok na dosiahnutie energopomoci. V prípade vyhodnotenia, že volajúci občan nesplnil podmienky na dosiahnutie energpomoci, vynaloží úsilie na indikovanie ďalších možných krokov/ návrhov riešení pre vysporiadanie zistených nezrovnalostí. Ak si to bude vyžadovať situácia, poskytne občanovi službu v podobe odoslania reklamácie na back office (ďalej len „BO“) MH SR Bližšia špecifikácia predmetu zákazky sa nachádza v Prílohe č. 1 súťažných podkladov.
