1.1 Predmetom zákazky je pravidelná dodávka zemného plynu do odberných miest verejných obstarávateľov, resp. ich právnych subjektov vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku, distribúcie a spotrebnej dane v kvalite zodpovedajúcej technickým podmienkam prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete, za dodržania platných právnych predpisov SR, technických podmienok a prevádzkového poriadku prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete od 01.01.2027 o 00:00 hod. do 31.12.2029 o 24:00 hod.. Presné obdobia pre jednotlivé odberné miesta verejných obstarávateľov a ich právnych subjektov sú uvedené v Prílohe č. 2 – Zoznam odberných miest a spotrieb.
