Predmetom tejto zákazky na dodanie tovaru je zabezpečenie nákupu a dodávky zemného plynu pre roky 2027 a 2028 spolu s distribučnými a prepravnými službami spojenými s nákupom a dodávkou zemného plynu pre odberné miesta v počte 5 odberných miest špecifikovaných verejným obstarávateľom, vrátane prenesenia zodpovednosti za odchýlku na dodávateľa. Dodávka zemného plynu spolu s distribučnými a prepravnými službami musí byť zabezpečená v zmysle zákona č. 251/2012 Z. z. o energetike a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov a v zmysle zákona č. 250/2012 Z. z. o regulácii v sieťových odvetviach v znení neskorších prepisov.
