Predmetom zákazky je výstavba 8-miestnej kabínkovej lanovej dráhy na Martinské hole s celoročným využitím vrátane súvisiacej technickej infraštruktúry priamo spojenej s jej prevádzkou, najmä prípojok inžinierskych sietí. Predmet zákazky pozostáva z technologickej a stavebnej časti odpojiteľnej jednolanovej obežnej lanovej dráhy s 8-miestnymi kabínami s úrovňovým nástupom, údolnej a vrcholovej stanice vrátane sociálneho zázemia pre pracovníkov obsluhy a súvisiacej inžinierskej činnosti. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky je aj vypracovanie realizačnej dokumentácie, dokumentácie skutočného vyhotovenia stavby v rozsahu potrebnom na kolaudáciu a riadne užívanie stavby, ako aj vypracovanie a odovzdanie prevádzkových predpisov, predpisov pre obsluhu, údržbu, vykonávanie skúšok a technickej dokumentácie elektrických a hydraulických prvkov v slovenskom jazyku. Požadovaná kabínková lanovka musí byt’ nová, nepoužívaná, nerepasovaná (ďalej aj ako „predmet zákazky“).
