Predmetom zákazky je dodanie, inštalácia, konfigurácia a uvedenie do prevádzky audiovizuálnej techniky určenej na zabezpečenie prezentácií, konferencií, školení, pracovných stretnutí a ďalších podujatí organizovaných verejným obstarávateľom. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky je najmä dodanie zobrazovacích zariadení (projektory, LED/LCD displeje alebo interaktívne panely), zvukovej techniky (reproduktory, zosilňovače, mikrofóny a príslušenstvo), riadiacich a prepájacích prvkov, montážnych komponentov, kabeláže a ďalšieho príslušenstva potrebného na plnohodnotnú prevádzku systému. Za ekvivalent sa považuje také zariadenie alebo technické riešenie, ktoré pri dodržaní požadovaných technických parametrov, funkčných vlastností a prevádzkových požiadaviek zabezpečí rovnaký alebo vyšší štandard plnenia účelu predmetu zákazky. Uchádzač je povinný preukázať splnenie všetkých minimálnych požiadaviek uvedených v technickej špecifikácii.
