Predmetom zákazky, ktorá je príležitostným spoločným verejným obstarávaním podľa § 91 zákona o VO a § 66 ods. 7 písm. b) zákona o verejnom obstarávaní šiestich obstarávateľov - vodárenských spoločností, je dodávka elektrickej energie, zabezpečenie distribúcie a prevzatie zodpovednosti za odchýlku na obdobie od 1.1.2027 do 31.12.2029 pre odberné miesta, ktoré sú prílohou súťažných podkladov. Predpokladaný odber elektriny za celé obdobie je 261 015 MWh. Jedná sa o jeden vecne a logicky nedeliteľný celok. Uchádzač predloží ponuku na celý predmet zákazky. Podrobne v súťažných podkladoch.
