Predmetom podpory poskytovania služieb SW maintenance databázového systému (ďalej len „SW maintenance“) je: a) poskytovanie aktualizácií, bezpečnostných záplat a nových verzií softvéru (súčasť ceny maintenance) verejnému obstarávateľovi alebo ním poverenej tretej strane, b) zabezpečenie požadovaných časov odozvy na poskytovanie služieb SW maintenance podľa tabuľky č. 1 Opisu predmetu zákazky, c) poskytovanie súhrnnej informácie verejnému obstarávateľovi alebo ním poverenej tretej strane o vydaní nových verzií softvéru alebo jeho aktualizáciách výrobcom uvedených v tabuľke č. 2 minimálne jeden krát za štvrťrok, najneskôr do 10 pracovných dní od ukončenia predchádzajúceho kalendárneho štvrťroka, d) telefonická alebo emailová podpora Helpdesk (vrátane Elektronického systému pre správu požiadaviek, ďalej len „ESSP“), vrátane možnosti eskalácie riešenia incidentu na výrobcu.
