Predmetom zákazky je nákup a dodávka počítačových zariadení, príslušenstva a súvisiacich komponentov pre Centrum odborného vzdelávania a prípravy (ďalej len „COVP") - Stredná priemyselná škola elektrotechnická, Hálova 16, Bratislava – Petržalka, v zriaďovateľskej pôsobnosti Bratislavského samosprávneho kraja. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky sú aj nevyhnutné súvisiace služby, najmä doprava, dodanie, vyloženie, vynesenie a umiestnenie tovaru na mieste plnenia podľa požiadaviek kupujúceho, základné zapojenie, inštalácia, konfigurácia, aktivácia a uvedenie zariadení do prevádzky, ak je to vzhľadom na povahu dodávaného tovaru potrebné. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky je aj poskytnutie záruky na dodaný tovar, odovzdanie príslušnej sprievodnej dokumentácie, návodov na používanie, technických listov, záručných dokumentov, certifikátov, vyhlásení o zhode, licenčných dokladov, aktivačných údajov alebo iných dokumentov, ak sú k dodanému tovaru relevantné, ako aj základné poučenie poverených osôb kupujúceho o používaní dodaných zariadení, ak to povaha tovaru vyžaduje.
