Det skal etableres en Rammeavtale med én Leverandør som skal utføre sjøentreprenørtjenester til Forsvarsmateriell (FMA) og Sjøforsvaret. Tjenestene skal blant annet utføres på FMAs målestasjoner lokalisert på Vestlandet, samt overflatefartøy som blant annet Kystvakten, KNM Maud og fregatt.Leverandøren skal disponere:Fartøy som har posisjoneringssystem, kran, dykkertjenester, ROV og vinsjROV med mulighet for posisjonering og relevant tooling/utstyrLeverandøren skal kunne utføre og tilby tjenester som:Inspeksjon av infrastruktur under vann ved målestasjoneneVedlikehold av enkeltkomponenter eller hele systemetUtskiftning og installasjon av systemer i vannvolum og på sjøbunnUtskifting og installasjon av kabler på sjøbunnDesign/engineering av forankringssystemet og andre komponenter som inngår i infrastrukturen under vannSkrogrengjøring av fartøy for å fjerne groe og redusere spredning av uønskede arterDykkertjenester
