BSNL EW-8 General Conditions of Contract For Electrical Works 86–154 The Executive Engineer (E) BSNL, Electrical Division, 4th Floor BSNL, Bhawan Panbazar, Guwahati invites online bid on behalf of CMD, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (A Government of India Enterprise) for procurement through GeM Portal for the following work from the eligible contractors satisfying the SITC of 1no. 8 passenger Machine Room Less (MRL) type Lift in BSNL (G+8) bldg. Type IV quarters, Panbazar 1.1 Physical copy of the tender document shall not be available for sale. 1.2 For online bid submission etc. bidders have to mandatorily register (if not already registered) on
GeM Portal https: //gem.gov.in and follow all steps as per functionality of GeM portal.
1.3 The bid document for participating in e-bid shall be available on https://gem.gov.in

1.4 Tender document shall be available for viewing on website https://tender.bsnl.co.in In case of any discrepancies between the clauses in this ATC and those appearing elsewhere in the bid document and EW-8; the clauses of this ATC shall prevail. In order to become eligible, a prospective bidder shall fulfill the following eligibility criteria: Average annual turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of estimated cost put to tender.
B. Physical norms: - Firms satisfying the following conditions:
(i) The Original Equipment manufacturers of lifts who are in lift manufacturing business for at least 5 years and who have got : a) Successfully commissioned at least 50 lifts (Goods/Passenger) of their Make with speed not less than 1 meter/second in Central Govt/State Govt./CPSU across India in last 2
