El present plec regula l’establiment d’un Sistema Dinàmic d’Adquisició (en endavant SDA) i el funcionament de la contractació derivada pels subministraments de productes d’alimentació per a consum humà. Els productes d’alimentació objecte de subministrament s’agrupen en set categories: 1) Rebost, 2) Congelats 3) Begudes 4) Fruita i verdura 5) Carns 6) Lactis i 7) Espessidors. En el cas de la categoria 6 (productes lactis) els contractes derivats estaran reservats a Centres Especials d’Ocupació d’Iniciativa Social i Empreses d’Inserció (EI), de conformitat amb la Disposició Addicional Quarta en relació a la Disposició Final Catorzena de la LCSP i amb el RDL 1/2003, de 29 de novembre de 2013, pel qual s’aprova el Text Refós de la Llei General de dret de les persones amb discapacitat i de la seva inclusió.
