1. L’objecte d’aquest sistema dinàmic d’adquisició, en endavant SDA, és el servei de transport escolar a la comarca del Vallès Oriental per a la consecució dels següents objectius: a) Seleccionar les persones físiques o jurídiques que podran prestar el servei de transport escolar. b) Fixar les condicions generals d’adjudicació i execució a què s’hauran d’ajustar els contractes específics del SDA. 2. El servei de transport escolar del Vallès Oriental té com a finalitat el desplaçament a un centre, públic o privat concertat, ordinari o d’educació especial d’aquells alumnes que no tenen oferta educativa del seu nivell en el municipi de residència i s’han d’escolaritzar fora del seu municipi i d’aquells alumnes que tot i tenir oferta educativa del seu nivell en el municipi de residència, per motius de dispersió o per circumstàncies especials, és aconsellable desplaçar-los. Així mateix, els alumnes d’ensenyaments postobligatoris no universitaris poden fer ús del servei de transport escolar del Vallès Oriental en funció de la disponibilitat de places lliures.
