Details

SILab Ukraine is inviting young psychological, physical, and social rehabilitation centres to apply for a free online incubation programme. Thirty teams will be selected to develop their services and business models. At the final Demo Day, three winning teams will be offered individually tailored learning at the UNBROKEN School of Medicine. Applications close at 10:00 p.m. on 15 October 2026. The incubation programme helps rehabilitation centres strengthen both their services and their long-term organisational and financial sustainability. Participating teams will work on their business model, financial planning, service quality, funding options, partnerships, and development plan. The programme is delivered online, allowing teams from different regions of Ukraine to participate.

The programme includes:

Three teams selected at Demo Day will have the opportunity to study at the UNBROKEN School of Medicine through programmes tailored to their needs. The supplied text describes an educational opportunity, not a cash grant. Rehabilitation centres of different ownership types may apply if they: Centres may serve military personnel and veterans, their families, families with children, people with disabilities, internally displaced people, and others needing rehabilitation support. Selection gives priority to centres that already provide or are testing paid services and want to improve their financial sustainability. Learning topics include business models, financial planning, client needs, the rehabilitation services market, service quality, marketing, fundraising, legal and tax issues, and mechanisms for financing social services. Teams will also consider cooperation with Ukraine’s National Health Service, local authorities, and other partners, alongside inclusion, ethics, team development, and scaling. Organisers will share the final topic list and sequence with selected teams before the programme begins. Young rehabilitation centres often need sound management and financing alongside professional expertise. This programme gives teams time and guidance to examine demand for their services, improve quality, plan sustainable operations, and build partnerships that can support future growth. Applicants are expected to receive selection results by 10:00 p.m. on 23 October 2026. Check the official form for any additional fields or documents. An information webinar will take place online on 30 September 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Register for the webinar here. Is the programme free? Yes. Participation is free for teams selected through the competition. How many teams will be selected? Thirty teams will join the incubation programme. Who can apply? Can centres from different regions of Ukraine participate? Yes. The programme is online and is intended to include teams from different regions. What is the application deadline?

15 October 2026 at 10: 00 p.m.
