Documents required from bidders: Copy of online receipt of EMD and Cost of Tender form only mode through e-payment (indicated in Sche, Contractor Registration, GST No and latest return PAN No ,EPF and latest return, Copy of Labour license, Similar Work done certificate as per SBD, Work in hand certificate signed by the Executive Engineer, Detail of Machinery with proof RC, Affidavit/ lease agreement for hired Machinery and staff, PWD Form No. 8 in SBD duly signed by the bidder and witness with complete address, affidavit bid are correct (Name of works) gazetted and non-gazetted , seen the site, Bidder should must be uploaded working programme, Last 5 Years turnover duly signed by the CA, Class A The Contractor should not have more than 2 awarded works amounting to Rs. 20.00 Crore each, or should not have sum of all the awarded works more than Rs 100.00 crore. ( Affidavit required), All documents as scanned and uploaded may be submitted in Division office before opening the bid.
