A Organização Pan-Americana da Saúde (OPAS), por meio da presente o convida a apresentar uma cotação no marco deste Convite a Licitar (ITB), correspondente ao ITB #13 - 2026 Serviço de Impressão e Distribuição dos novos formulários da Declaração de Óbito - DO, documento "Instruções para o preenchimento da DO" e Declaração de Nascido Vivo - DNV. A OPAS é o Escritório Regional para as Américas da Organização Mundial da Saúde, e os produtos e serviços adquiridos através deste ITB serão utilizados para projetos de cooperação técnica que se desenvolvem como parte dos programas sanitários de vários países.
