Transmission, réception et ouverture des soumissions Les soumissions devront être reçues avant 11 h 00, le 27 octobre 2026. L'ouverture publique des soumissions aura lieu au plus tard à 11 h 00, le 27 octobre 2026. Les soumissions peuvent alternativement être transmises par voie électronique. Cette transmission ne peut s'effectuer que par l'intermédiaire du SEAO et conformément à la procédure prescrite par celui-ci.
