La Municipalité de Saint-Janvier-de-Joly demande des soumissions sous la forme d’un système de connaissance différée du prix, pour les services professionnels nécessaires à la confection des plans et devis, la préparation et la transmission de la demande d’autorisation au MELCCFP, la préparation et la gestion des demandes pour mandats complémentaires, la préparation des documents d’appel d’offres pour construction, les services durant l’appel d’offres ainsi que la surveillance des travaux, la mise en route et la préparation des manuels d’exploitation et d’entretien. Sommairement, le projet consiste à augmenter la capacité de traitement aux étangs aérés considérant que la Municipalité prévoit plusieurs développements résidentiels à long terme. Une étude préliminaire a été réalisée la FQM, et la technologie retenue par la Municipalité consiste à ajouter un média filtrant directement à l’intérieur des étangs existants de type KAMAK de Bionest ou Ecofixe. Afin de sélectionner le fournisseur, un devis de présélection devra préalablement être fait. Le système de déphosphatation devra également être revu pour changer le point de dosage.
