De nombreux projets d’infrastructures immobilières, de transformation numérique et de technologies de l’information doivent être entrepris et complétés pour assurer le succès de la transformation de l’OPTC. Ainsi, considérant l’impact que cette transformation aura sur le quotidien des employés, l’OPTC souhaite disposer d’une capacité externe complémentaire et modulable afin de soutenir la réalisation de ses projets et de répondre à des besoins variables en matière de développement organisationnel. À cette fin, il désire s’adjoindre les services d’une firme pouvant fournir des conseillers en gestion du changement, en formation et en processus opérationnels. Ces ressources agiront en complémentarité avec les ressources internes de l’OPTC et contribueront à préparer et à accompagner l’organisation dans les transformations découlant des différents projets. L’OPTC désire donc mettre en place un Contrat ouvert afin d’obtenir cet accompagnement selon l’évolution de ses besoins.
