La MRC de Témiscamingue souhaite retenir les services d'une firme comptable indépendante afin de réaliser la préparation et l'audit de ses états financiers annuels consolidés ainsi que ceux de ses territoires non organisés (TNO) pour les exercices financiers 2026, 2027, 2028 et 2029. Le mandat vise à assurer le respect des obligations légales et réglementaires applicables aux organismes municipaux ainsi qu'à répondre aux exigences des différents ministères et programmes gouvernementaux.
