La Ville de Mercier désire recevoir des offres pour les services professionnels pour l’entretien et l’échantillonnage de tous les systèmes septiques avec traitement tertiaire de désinfection par rayonnement UV sur son territoire, le tout dans le but de se satisfaire aux exigences du règlement Q-2, R.22 (Règlement sur l’évacuation et le traitement des eaux usées des résidences isolées). L’ouverture des soumissions aura lieu le jeudi 22 octobre 2026 à 11 h 15 au Centre communautaire et Culturel de la Ville de Mercier situé au 891, boul. Saint-Jean-Baptiste à Mercier (Québec), J6R 2L3. Les documents de soumission seront disponibles à compter du lundi 5 octobre 2026 , uniquement via le système électronique d’appel d'offres (SÉAO) approuvé par le gouvernement, moyennant les frais et honoraires établis par SEAO. Pour accéder à l’appel d’offres, veuillez visiter le site Internet de SEAO au https://seao.gouv.qc.ca/ .
