L’ARTM et l’Organisation Participante souhaitent retenir les services d’une agence de sécurité reconnue en vertu de la Loi sur la sécurité privée (RLRQ, c. S-3.5) afin de fournir des services de gardiennage sur les sites visés par le présent Appel d’Offres. Les services à fournir concernent notamment les terminus d’autobus et les stationnements incitatifs relevant de l’ARTM, de même que les installations administratives, opérationnelles et autres sites exploités par l’Organisation Participante.
