Bakgrunn
Luster kommune har behov for ei serviceavtale for service og årskontroll av sprinkleranlegg i kommunale bygg. Behovet gjeld alle kommunale bygg som har sprinkleranlegg, nye bygg følger serviceavtale med installatør i garanti perioden, etter blir anlegge innlemma i denne avtalen.
Den årlege FG-kontrollen skal utførast i samsvar med Forsikringsselskapa si godkjenningsnemnd (FG) si kontroll- og godkjenningsordning for automatiske sprinkleranlegg.
Omfang og innhald i behovet
Behovet omfattar årleg FG-kontroll, periodisk vedlikehald, service, kontroll, testing og dokumentasjon av sprinkleranlegg. Det skal gjennomførast FG-godkjend kontroll av automatiske sprinkleranlegg, i tillegg til ordinær service og oppfølging av anlegga.
Avtalen skal bidra til å sikre forskriftsmessig kontroll av sprinkleranlegga, dokumentert FG-godkjend årskontroll og tidleg avdekking av feil og avvik i dei kommunale bygga.
Rapportering og oppfølging
