L’obtention des documents est assujettie à la tarification établie par SEAO. Le contrat sera attribué selon Prix le plus bas Les accords intergouvernementales seront appliqué selon les besoins. En cas d’égalité entre les soumissionnaires, un tirage au sort sera effectué. Des garanties financières et d’autres exigences peuvent être indiquées dans les documents d’appel d’offres. Les soumissions doivent être reçues, avant le 22 octobre 2026 à 10 h , à la réception de l’hôtel de Ville, 61 rue Sainte-Cécile, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, J6T 1L8. L’ouverture publique se fera après l’expiration du délai fixé pour leur réception, dans la salle réservée aux délibérations du conseil municipal, à la même adresse.
