L'objecte del contracte és la prestació del servei de recollida, transport i gestió de trenta-nou (39) contenidors ubicats a les instal·lacions d'ATL. Concretament, el servei inclou: • La retirada de divuit (18) contenidors plens de producte químic a l’ETAP Terrassa i el posterior transport i tractament com a residu. • La retirada de vint (20) contenidors buits tipus IBC que han contingut Magnafloc LT7992 i de un (1) contenidor buit tipus IBC que ha contingut àcid clorhídric al 32–35% a l’ETAP Llobregat, així com el seu posterior transport i tractament com a residu. El servei comprendrà les operacions de càrrega, retirada, transport, tractament dels residus, gestió dels recipients i tramitació de la documentació associada, d'acord amb la normativa vigent en matèria de residus.
