L’objecte d’aquest contracte és la contractació del servei de valorar i realitzar les tasques de rehabilitació estètica i adequació interior com a aula interpretativa del cotxe de viatgers CGFC 6202. L'objectiu és, un cop rehabilitat, situar-lo en un petit tram de via al nou espai HUB el Carrilet que l’ajuntament de Deltebre esta desenvolupant com a reclam turístic per tal que els visitants del Delta puguin conèixer i descobrir els atractius principals que té el Delta i planificar-ne la seva estada. També el fet que la restauració de vehicle ferroviari es realitzarà amb el màxim rigor històric i retornant exteriorment el vehicle al seu estat d’origen permetrà que el vehicle en si mateix esdevingui un element patrimonial d’atracció a la vegada que servirà per fer retre homenatge a l’antic carrilet que connectava La Cava amb Tortosa. El projecte contempla la logística necessària, desmuntatges, restauració de carrosseria i interior, xassís, bugies i elements de xoc i tracció. S’adaptaran les portes d’accés, la instal·lació elèctrica, climatització i interiors per a dotar-lo de la funcionalitat requerida.
