L’objecte del contracte haurà d’incloure posar en marxa una solució tecnològica integral de ticketing de venda d’entrades en el núvol en modalitat SaaS de pagament per ús i prestar els següents serveis associats a l’explotació: suport i manteniment tècnic de la solució tecnològica, suport, formació i acompanyament al personal municipal en la gestió integral dels espectacles, en la venta d’entrades i en tots els processos posteriors de consolidació i explotació, servei prestat íntegrament en el núvol, subministrament en modalitat lloguer, de l’equipament i paper tèrmic associat a la venta presencial i serveis addicionals de consultoria no inclosos en el servei de suport i manteniment.
