Per tal d’oferir els diversos serveis tecnològics es requereix un recolzament sobre una xarxa de comunicacions de totes les seus allà on s’ofereixen serveis de BASE; de conformitat amb les característiques que s’especifiquen en el plec de prescripcions tècniques (PPT).
