És objecte del contracte la prestació del servei corresponent a un trenet turístic per festes de Nadal, en règim de lloguer, incloent vehicle, conductor, personal auxiliar necessari, combustible, assegurances i tots els mitjans necessaris per a la correcta execució del servei. El context té per objectiu promoure activitats culturals en època nadalenca amb l’oferiment de diverses activitats en els termes que recull el present plec de clàusules tècniques. Les funcions del trenet turístic són estrictament de transport turístic. Degudes a les característiques d’aquest transport no es podran carregar passatgers amb equipatge, ni realitzar cap altra funció que l’especificada. És una activitat amb finalitats turístiques i lúdiques amb una ruta autoritzada per l’ajuntament i que en cap cas es tractarà d’un servei públic regular especial.
