The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has been granted a loan from the African Development Bank (AfDB) to cover the cost of the Transport Sector Support Programme Phase IV: Reconstruction of the Douala–N’Djamena Economic Corridor – Ngaoundere–Garoua Section (242 km), and intends to apply the funds granted under this loan to finance the service contract for first-aid training of local residents along the Ngaoundere–Garoua major road.
