Description de l'avis: Selection d'un prestaire pour la réalisation des études topographiques et morphologiques dans le cadre du projet PICAGL dans la province de Tanganyika en RDC.

L'objectif de cette mission est de réaliser des études topographiques détaillées dans le cadre de la pérennisation de l’aménagement hydro-agricole de Tabacongo face aux risques d'inondations accentués par le changement climatique dans la province de Tanganyika.
