Description of the Assignment: The overall objective of this assignment is to generate a robust, evidence-based foundation for skills development planning through a two-phase process: first, a comprehensive sector study combining quantitative analysis with structured industry consultations and roundtables; and second, the development of an actionable Sectoral Skills Development Plan that translates study findings into strategic investments, programming priorities, and policy recommendations.

Period of assignment/services: The Level of Effort (LoE) for this assignment is 40 days spread over six (06) months.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
