Details
Formålet med anskaffelsen er å innhente en samfunnsøkonomisk analyse av åpenhetsloven. Barne- og familiedepartementet arbeider med et høringsnotat med forslag til endringer i åpenhetsloven som følge av evalueringen av loven, og gjennomføring av EUs aktsomhetsdirektiv i norsk rett. For å sikre et godt beslutningsgrunnlag, ønsker departementet å bestille en samfunnsøkonomisk analyse av åpenhetslovens praktiske konsekvenser. Analysen skal særlig vurdere hvilke kostnader og nytter åpenhetsloven påfører norske foretak utover kravene i aktsomhetsdirektivet.
Oppdraget består i å lage én rapport. Endelig leveringsfrist for sluttrapporten er 1. mars 2027.
Anslått verdi for anskaffelsen er fra kr 600 000,- ekskl. mva. til kr 800 000,- ekskl. mva. Estimatet er ikke bindende for oppdragsgiver.
