De onderhavige opdracht betreft de inkoop van safehouses voor regio IJssel-Vecht (gemeenten Dalfsen, Hardenberg, Kampen, Ommen, Staphorst, Steenwijkerland, Zwartewaterland en Zwolle). Een safehouse biedt herstelgerichte ondersteuning aan volwassen inwoners (18+) met verslavingsproblematiek in een beschutte omgeving. Deze voorziening biedt een veilige en gezonde, abstinent omgeving, waarin vaardigheden en gedrag die essentieel zijn voor blijvend herstel na een verslaving, worden aangeleerd en geoefend in een huiselijke omgeving met groepsgenoten. Het doel van wonen in een Safehouses is dat een inwoner met een (zeer) intensieve begeleidingsvraag of een zeer specifieke begeleidingsvraag volledige zelfredzaamheid bereikt en behoudt.
