The City operates an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory performing 21 accredited methods for water and wastewater analysis serving internal clients only. The City anticipates procuring a modern, scalable LIMS platform to support laboratory operations, including sample tracking, analysis workflows, reporting, quality control, and integration with laboratory instruments and enterprise systems. This RFPQ is intended to pre-qualify vendors for a future procurement process (Second-Stage Process). The anticipated engagement includes annual subscription-based hosted software services, one-time implementation and training, and ongoing system support.
