Project Location: Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Point Mugu, CA.

Magnitude of construction: Between $250,000 and $500,000, with the Simplified Acquisitions Authority ceiling threshold of $350,000.

Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for services and materials to rehabilitate an office facility. Work includes, but is not limited to, wall repair, painting, carpeting, and lighting installation. This acquisition is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Pursuant to procurement streamlining, no physical site visit will be conducted. Technical and administrative questions are accepted in writing via email
