Romania – Vegetables, fruits and nuts – Furnizare Legume Fructe

Furnizarea de Legume si Fructe - care fac obiectul prezentei inițiative de licitație deschisă - este necesară pentru a se putea asigura menținerea curățeniei în centrele din subordinea DGASPC Tulcea. Autoritatea contractantă va finaliza procedura simplificată prin încheierea unui acord - cadru cu un singur operator economic pe o perioadă de 12 luni, urmând ca la încheierea contractelor subsecvente să nu se reia competiția. Ofertantii vor lua in calcul suplimentarea cantitatii maxime estimate în limita a maximum 50% din valoarea contractului iniţial în functie de solicitarile beneficiarilor si fondurilor disponibile.art. 221, alin. 1, litera b, L 98/2016. Avand in vedere planurile de restructurare, ofertantii vor avea in vedere completarea listelor centrelor cu centrele nou acreditate! Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 -a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor- 15 zile.
