Obiectul general al contractului îl reprezintă furnizarea de medicamente uzuale. Prezenta procedură este inițiată pentru achiziția unui număr de 41 de loturi. Cantitățile minime și maxime estimate ale contractelor subsecvente si ale acordului cadru se regăsesc în caietul de sarcini, și în anexa privind loturile. Termene pentru depunerea/raspunsul la solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare: A. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. in conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizitiile publice, cu cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare intr-o singura zi si anume a 11 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
