Pentru a fî conforma, oferta fînanciara depusa de operatorii economici va fî mai mica sau cel mult egala cu preturile de pornire unitare ( lei/m.c.) prezentate in anexa, pentru fiecare faza in parte respectiv faza de exploatare ( inclusiv sortare) si faza de transport a sortimentelor de lemn in depozit.
