U.A.T. Comuna Filipeștii de Târg, constituie beneficiarul direct al investiției, în timp ce cetățenii și operatorii economici din Comuna Filipeștii de Târg reprezintă beneficiarii indirecți ai acestei investiții. Realizarea implementarii proiectului la nivelul primariei comunei Filipeștii de Târg va contribui, pe de o parte, la creşterea eficientei administratiei locale si implicit a nivelului de calitate a vieţii pentru toţi membrii comunităţii locale, pe de altă parte, la realizarea unor importante obiective ale administraţiei locale legate de dezvoltarea durabilă a localităţii, prin asigurarea unor servicii publice mai rapide, prompte, exacte si eficiente. Valoarea contractului este de 3.625.084,00 lei fara TVA, defalcata astfel: Cap. 2.1 - Echipamente, soluții/aplicații: 3.373.964,00 lei fara TVA; Cap. 2.2 – Licente: 110.120,00 lei fara TVA; Cap. 2.7 – Securitate cibernetica: 81.000,00 lei fara TVA; Cap. 4.1 – Pregatirea personalului, inclusiv pentru securitate cibernetică: 60.000,00 lei fara TVA.
