Prin achiziția de sare pentru deszapezire se va asigura o mai bună desfășurare a traficului pe drumurile județene în sezonul rece și totodata reduce riscul de accidente cauzate de ninsoare , înghet si polei. Autoritatea contractanta doreste sa achizitioneze un minim de 500 to si un maxim de 3333 to sare pentru deszapezire. Ofertantii au obligatia de a oferta exclusiv SARE GEMA provenita din exploatarea unei saline, sarea fiind destinata activitatii de deszapezire, nefiind admisa ofertarea de sare obisnuita prin alte procese tehnologice cum ar fi - ( sare marina sau obtinuta prin evaporarea artificiala din saramura ). Provenienta sarii va fi dovedita prin documente emise de producator sau alte documente justificative prezentate odata cu oferta tehnica, conform cerintelor din caietul de sarcini. Nerespectarea acestei cerinte sau imposibilitatea dovedirii provenientei produsului va conduce la constatarea neconformitatii ofertei, intrucat produsul nu indeplineste cerintele minime obligatorii ale caietului da sarcini.
