Furnizare sare industriala pentru preparare material antiderapant necesar pentru combaterea lunecusului pe durmurile din judetul Constanta. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare la 11 zile fata de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor: 18 zile.
