Contract de executie lucrari avand ca obiect: „EXECUTIA LUCRARILOR AFERENTE OBIECTIVULUI „MODERNIZARE STRADA RAHOVEI”, conform specificatiilor prevazute in documentatia de atribuire. Durata totala a contractului: maxim 12 luni, astfel: - Achizitorul va emite ordinul de începere în termen de maxim 1 luna de zile de la data semnării contractului. - 9 luni de la emiterea ordinului de începere a lucrărilor, pentru execuția și finalizarea lucrărilor - 2 luni de la notificarea privind finalizarea lucrărilor, pentru admiterea recepției la terminarea lucrărilor Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor: 20 Autoritatea contractanta va transmite raspunsul la clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
