Servicii de modernizare si reparații la Instalația Plutitoare (Gabara) 967, în conformitate cu cerintele din Caietul de sarcini – Sectiunea II a documentatiei de atribuire. Termenul limita până la care se primesc de la potentialii ofertanti solicitari de clarificari la documentatia de atribuire: a 20-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare în a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. In conformitate cu art. 29 alin.3 din Anexa la HG nr. 394/2016, Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul mentionat anterior.
