Obiectul contractului presupune: colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor menajere și al deșeurilor similare provenind din activități comerciale din industrie și instituții, inclusiv fracții colectate separat într-o cantitate anuală estimată de 4,386.24 tone/an. In conformitate cu prevederile art.160, alin. (1) din Legea nr.98/2016, orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire, cu respectarea termenului-limită stabilit de autoritatea contractantă. Autoritatea Contractanta (AC) va răspunde in a 10-a zi înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări care au fost transmise pana in a 16-a zi înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
