Acordul-cadru va avea ca obiect Servicii de transport feroviar carbune energetic tip lignit pe relatia Motru Est – rampa de descarcare LFI CET Sud Timisoara, 150.000 de tone, pe o durata de maxim 6 luni, cod CPV 60200000-0. Achiziția a fost solicitata prin Referatul de necesitate nr.10845/04.09.2026, întocmit de către Departamentul Comercial şi Investiţii, din cadrul Companiei Locale de Termoficare COLTERM SA - în insolvenţă. Cerințele tehnice pentru serviciile solicitate sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini nr.10846/04.09.2026 si Anexele 1, 2, 3, 4 şi 5 la caietul de sarcini, întocmite de către Departamentul Comercial şi Investiţii. Clarificări la documentatie se pot solicita cu 20 de zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde solicitarilor de clarificari cu 12 zIle inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul limită stabilit, mai sus menţionat.

Lots Lot 1 — Default lot: Transport feroviar de marfuri (carbune tip lignit) in trafic intern pe o perioada de 6 luni necesare functionarii CET Sud, conform caietului de sarcini nr.10846/04.09.2026. Numar zile până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 20 de zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari cu 12 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor si doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici pana la termenul limita stabilit, mentionat mai sus.
