În cadrul etapei de evaluare tehnică, ofertanții au obligația de a prezenta autobuzele ofertate la sediul autorității contractante în vederea efectuării inspecției tehnice, orice deficiențe sau neconformități constatate urmând a fi remediate de către aceștia, pe riscul și cheltuiala lor exclusivă.
