Obiectul procedurii de achizitie il constituie incheierea unui Acord-cadru de furnizare gaze naturale pentru Spitalul judetean "Mavromati", pe o perioada de 12 luni. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. In cazul finalizarii procedurii de achizitie publica centralizata pentru energie electrica, organizata de ONAC, prezenta procedura de atribuire va fi reziliata de drept, incepand cu data intrarii in vigoare a Acordurilor cadru incheiate de ONAC cu operatorii economici declarati castigatori.
