Autoritatea contractantă – Inspectoratul de Stat în Construcţii – ISC dorește să achiziționeze gaze naturale pentru sediile sale consumatoare, pentru o perioadă de 6 de luni , de la un operator economic specializat, conform caietului de sarcini. Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari la documentatia de atribuire: cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire pana in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anuntul de participare.

Lots Lot 1 — Default lot: • Valoarea maximă estimată a acordului-cadru, pentru o perioadă de 6 luni, este de 1.923.286,90 lei fără TVA. Suma necesară pentru achiziția gazelor naturale a fost estimată pentru o cantitate maximă de 3.777 MWh, luând în calcul un preț unitar de aproximativ 500,35 lei fără TVA/MWh. • Valoarea minimă estimată a acordului-cadru, pentru o perioadă de 6 luni, este de 1.576.464,67 lei fără TVA. Suma necesară pentru achiziția gazelor naturale a fost estimată pentru o cantitate minimă de 3.096 MWh, luând în calcul un preț unitar de aproximativ 500,35 lei fără TVA/MWh. • Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent, pentru o perioadă estimată de 5 luni este de 1.443.088,25 lei fără TVA. Suma necesară pentru achiziția gazelor naturale a fost estimată pentru o cantitate estimată de 2834 MWh, conform statisticii anuale de consum. • Valoarea estimată a celui mai mic contract subsecvent, pentru o perioadă estimată de 1 luni, este de 394.142,93 lei fără TVA. Suma necesară pentru achiziția gazelor naturale a fost estimată pentru o cantitate estimată de 774 MWh, conform statisticii anuale de consum. Prețul unitar estimat este de 500,35 lei/MWh fără TVA si fara acciza . Cantitățile minime și maxime de gaze naturale (MWh) stabilite în documentația de atribuire, reprezintă estimări ale unor cantități care ar putea fi solicitate pe o perioadă de 6 luni, și nu cantitățile exacte care vor fi achiziționate, acestea din urmă putând fi mai mici, egale sau mai mari față de cele estimate, în funcție de necesitățile efective ale autorității contractante. Pe durata derulării acordului-cadru, se poate diminua/majora numărul de locații care să necesite gaze naturale.
