Descriere: Autoritatea contractantă intenţionează să achiziţioneze AUTOTURISME PRIN PROGRAMUL RABLA 2025-2030 (LOTUL 1 si LOTUL 2) ȘI AUTOUTILITARE (LOTUL3) cu configuraţia şi performanţele minime descrise în caietele de sarcini. Finanţare pentru autoturisme se realizează prin programul RABLA conform Ordinul ministrului mediului, apelor și pădurilor nr. 1231/2025 din 23 aprilie 2025 pentru aprobarea Ghidului de finanţare a Programului privind reducerea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră în transporturi, prin promovarea vehiculelor de transport rutier nepoluante şi eficiente din punct de vedere energetic 2025 – 2030, în vederea reînnoirii parcului auto existent, în conformitate cu obiectivele instituției privind mobilitatea durabilă, reducerea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră și alinierea la politicile publice naționale și europene în domeniul protecției mediului cu ecotichete de 12.000 lei pentru fiecare complet la achiziţionarea unui autovehicul nou, fără a fi obligate să predea spre casare un autovehicul uzat, conform art. 7 (2) din Ghid. și diferența din bugetul instituției. Pentru autoutilitare finanțarea se realizează din bugetul instituției. Obiectul achiziției: LOT 1: 2 cpl. autoturisme de oraș LOT 2: 6 cpl autoturisme de teren LOT 3: 2 cpl. autoutilitară Se vor încheia contracte de furnizare pentru fiecare lot în parte.
