- Asigurarea R.C.A. a parcului de autovehicule ale S.T.P.T. ( inclusiv daune morale stabilite în urma unui proces civil pe care trebuie să le plătească personalul de bord ca urmare a unui eveniment rutier ),se vor asigura 391 vehicule (78 tramvaie , 54 troleibuze, 190 autobuze şi 69 autoturisme, autocamioane, utilaje + semiremorcă) ). • Asigurarea călătorilor transportaţi de S.T.P.T. inclusiv bunurile şi bagajele acestora. • Asigurarea de răspundere civilă legală pentru pagube produse terţilor de către reţeaua de contact, susţinătorii acesteia şi linia cale plus faptele personalului angajat pentru întreţinerea lor.
